Greendale Propane Partners was founded on December 31^st, 2008 strictly as a propane retail operation.

The company’s objective was to help propane businesses and their employees thrive. Our continuing goal is to bring strong financial support to our member companies while maintaining a small company feel.

Greendale retains the employees of each acquired business and offers employment growth and development. It is also a core value to maintain each company’s local charm and community involvement. Each of our retail operations remains a strong fabric of the communities they serve.

In addition to organic growth, Greendale has invested in new storage facilities, truck terminals, rail terminals, and transportation assets.

Since inception, the company has earned a strong record of employment growth, wage growth, benefits growth and volume growth.

Today, Greendale has 25 locations throughout the Midwest and the South.

In 2020, during the pandemic, several competing retailers asked us if we could supply them with propane. Our wholesale business was born! Today, we offer wholesale supply to high performance, high quality retailers. We strive to give our best to the best!
