During the economic crisis of 2008, a troubled propane retailer in Mississippi was on the brink of bankruptcy. The retailer approached Andy Edwards and on New Year’s Eve 2008, Greendale was formed. Since that time, Greendale has acquired several propane companies and has helped them expand.

Greendale retains the employees of each acquired business and offers employment growth and development. It is also a core value to maintain each company’s local charm and community involvement.
